Delivery

All products shown are currently in stock and so we aim to despatch on the day of order.
Next day delivery is available on orders received before 2pm.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail or Parceline Courier depending on the size.
You will be kept informed of your order status by email.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is just 99p inc VAT for ink only orders.
For all other orders the cost is £6.46 inc VAT
Typical delivery times are between 1 to 2 working days.
You will be shown delivery costs automatically before you decide to purchase.

There is no minimum order.

Refunds & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of payment, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).
If a refund is to be processed, it will be returned to the credit or debit card that was used to make the original order.
Please contact us if you require further information.
If there is a problem with your goods upon arrival please contact us within 28 days.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, we reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
